7- When Ibn Majid created the compass, he was wanted by all the great explorers of that time, he became known as "The Master Navigator".

8- Ibn Haitham was the first person to explain to the world how the eyes see things. There is even an asteroid named after him. He is known throughout the world as "The Father of Optics"
